Yes, there are no restrictions on foreign ownership, resident or not. You'll need an NIE number (we help you obtain it) and a Spanish bank account. Golden Visa rules apply to qualifying investments; we'll tell you honestly whether your purchase qualifies.
No. Viewings and the first consultation are free. We only charge a fee when you buy, and we state it in writing before you commit to anything.
Yes. We introduce you to lenders and brokers who work with international buyers, and stay in the room until the offer is in your hand. Non-residents typically borrow 60–70% of the purchase price.
